20-0! You kidding me? England women thrash Latvia by a record margin

English women scripted history once again as they mercilessly thrashed the Latvian women's team by the biggest ever margin of 20-0 in the World Cup qualifier on Tuesday in Doncaster. 

10 players from the English team scored, out of which 4
players struck hat-tricks. Among them was Ellen White who broke England Women's all-time scoring record and went past Kelly Smith's mark of 46 goals. The 32-year-old Manchester City player who now has 48 goals to her name scored in the 6th, 9th, and 49th minute of the game. 

Apart from her, Beth Mead, Alessia Russo also scored thrice. Lauren May Hemp grabbed the maximum no. of goals as she struck in the 18th, 44th, 76th, and 88th minute. 

With the victory, the Lionesses surpassed their own record-win of 13-0 vs Hungary in 2005.
