EV giant Tesla is gearing up to drive on the Indian roads. Tesla India Motors and Energy, the India subsidiary of Elon Musk backed Tesla has received approvals for four all of its vehicle variants.

There is no clarity yet on which models the global EV maker will introduce first into India yet but as per Centre-controlled Vahan Sewa all the current models now have approval for Indian roads.

Multiple Teslas have been seen on the roads across Bangalore and other parts of India undergoing test drives. The launch date for Tesla still remains elusive as Musk battles the case of high custom duties with the Indian government.
