A 56-bedroom nuclear bunker, from the Cold War era is up for auction in UK for just over £435000.

Located near Salcombe, in Devon, the bunker which was built in 1941 as a World War II era radar station, has over 2 underground storeys.

In the 1950s, it was restored to serve as a regional government base and was kept on standby till the 1990s.

The bunker was kept fully operational, so it could be used in case any bomb would go off.

The caretaker of the bunker even mentioned how it may be haunted, after a wartime pilot has been heard allegedly stalking its tunnels.
