67th National Film Awards: Kangana Ranaut wins 5th honour for 'Manikarnika'

Union Information & Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur announced the winners of the 67th National Awards in the national capital. The prizes were handed out to awardees by Vice President Venkaiah Naidu.

Actor Kangana Ranaut awarded 'Best Actress' for her role in 'Manikarnika-The Queen Of Jhansi' and 'Panga'

Superstar Rajinikanth conferred with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest honour in Indian cinema.

'Chhichhore' starring late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was awarded the Best Hindi Film, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Director Nitesh Tiwari received the award on behalf of the cast & crew, dedicating the honour to Sushant.

Best Actor award was jointly shared by Manoj Bajpayee for his film 'Bhonsle' and Dhanush for Tamil film 'Asuran'.

Teh award for the Best Male Playback Singer was awarded for the song 'Teri Mitti' from Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Kesri'. It has been written by Manoj Muntashir, composed by Arko Pravo Mukherjee, and sung by singer B Praak.
