Greek Frappe is easy and quick to make at home. Here's what you'll need.
Ingredients
Instant coffee (Nescafe)
Sugar
Milk
Ice cubes
Cold water
Hand blender
Add about 2 teaspoons of instant coffee (Nescafé) and 3 to 4 tablespoons of cold water to a cup or jar. You can also add a spoonful of sugar if you so desire. Use a milk frother or hand blender to whip this mixture until it gets thick, foamy and appears light brown in colour. Now, pour the mixture into the serving glass and add 3 cubes of ice and a splash of milk if you like. Your Frappe is ready to serve and enjoy!
Here's another quick tip - If you don’t have a hand blender, shake the instant coffee and water in a cocktail shaker or closed jar until it becomes foamy.
