Agra: cleanliness drive conducted on the banks of Yamuna

Volunteers in Agra gathered in large numbers to clean the banks of the river Yamuna on Sunday.

The initiative was a part of the River Connect Campaign and organisers hoped to conduct the drive every Sunday.

Speaking to news agency ANI, participants said, they found a lot of items used in religious rituals, along with idols on the banks and urged citizens to keep the area clean.
