Delhi govt on Wednesday kicked off its 'Red Light On, Vehicle Off' campaign to combat air pollution in the national Capital. Under the drive, the commuters are being asked to switch off their vehicle engine while waiting at the red lights. Civil Defence volunteers were seen on Delhi roads on Wednesday morning giving roses to people and requesting them to participate in the campaign and follow the rules.
