Amid Covid pandemic blues, watch Ramanand Sagar's 1987 hit show 'Ramayan'

Ramanand Sagar's cult show 'Ramayan' is back on TV. On public demand, the show will be telecast once again amid the Covid-induced lockdowns and curfews.

'Ramayan' will telecast on TV channel Colors, starting Friday at 5:30 PM every day. The show created history during the last year's re-run on Doordarshan, by becoming the most-watched TV show ever in the world, giving the highest TRP to the channel.

'Ramayan' which stars Arun Govil as Ram and Deepika Chikhalia as Sita follows the journey of Lord Rama who goes to an exile of 14 years.
