Samyukta Kisan Morcha, the umbrella body leading the farmers protest, has said that they have formed 5-member panel to discuss their remaining demands after Home Minister Amit Shah called them on Friday night.

At a meeting held at the Singhu border in Delhi, farmer unions reiterated that they will not end their agitation and go back home till cases against protesting farmers are withdrawn.

The controversial farm laws were withdrawn in Parliament on Monday after a year-long agitation by the farmers.

While the Modi govt has asked the farmers to end their agitation post the repeal, farmers have refused to do so till their remaining demands like a law on MSP, withdrawal of cases against them etc are met.
