Alongside the new MacBooks, Apple has also launched a new Mac mini with its new custom-designed ARM-based M1 chip.

The company claims it is up to 60 per cent more energy-efficient and includes an advanced thermal design to sustain performance while staying silent and cool.

The device is claimed to deliver “3x faster CPU” and “6x faster graphics” performance with options for up to 16GB of RAM and up to 2TB of SSD.

The PC also comes with two Thunderbolt ports with USB 4 and can support up to two external displays as well as a 6K display.

The new Mac mini is cheaper than the previous-generation quad-core model and starts at ₹64,900. It will be up for grabs in India from Nov 17.
