Apple exploring temperature, posture monitoring for AirPods: report

According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, Apple is exploring incorporating some health features into its AirPods. These features may include the ability to take a user’s temperature, or monitor their posture.

According to the report, Apple is simply exploring their options, and these features won’t be seen in commercial products in the next few years, and may never see release.

Earlier reports have indicated that the company is also looking into integrating more health tracking features, including monitoring blood pressure and sugar content, into the Apple Watch.
