According to South Korean blog Naver, Apple may be planning a redesigned iPad Mini ‘Pro’ version to launch later this year. The new iPad Mini would sport squared-off corners instead of rounded corners, and a slimmer bezel, similar to the current iPad Pro models.
The blog also adds that the new iPad Mini may support 5G, and come in two colours - Silver and Gray. According to the blog, the device may launch in the later half of this year, which falls in line with analyst Ming Chi-Kuo’s prediction of a new iPad Mini.
According to Kuo, the device may feature a 9-inch screen, and side-button mounted Touch ID fingerprint sensor support.
