Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Nawab Malik has now claimed that there is a 'kidnap and ransom' angle to the Aryan Khan drugs bust case.
Addressing a press conference, Malik said that Shah Rukh Khan's son had not purchased the tickets to the cruise party and he was brought there by two people named Pratik Gaba and Amir Furniturewala.
He further added that it was a 'kidnap and ransom' plan masterminded by BJP leader Mohit Kamboj and NCB's zonal director Sameer Wankhede was a part of that plan.

Malik also claimed that Wankhede met Kamboj on October 7 - 5 days after the cruise ship raid.
Aryan Khan was detained and subsequently arrested after the Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2.
NCP leader Nawab Malik has since then accused Wankhede of taking bribe and faking the case and witnesses. Following these allegations, a NCB team from Delhi has taken over the case from its Mumbai unit.
