Asus has announced the official Android 12 rollout schedule for its devices.

The tech firm has confirmed that the latest Android 12 update will be available for its Asus Zenfone 7, Zenfone 8, Zenfone 8 Flip, ROG Phone 3, ROG Phone 5 and ROG Phone 5s devices.

The Android 12 stable build for the Zenfone series will bring ZenUI-specific features, providing "easier navigation, streamlined control panels, increased visibility for better control and more customization options."

The Zenfone 8 will be the first Asus smartphone to receive the Android 12 stable update, slated to roll out in December 2021.

Along with the signature air triggers on the shoulders, several new motion gesture controls have also been added. Keeping the lights on is a massive 6000mAh battery that supports up to 65W fast charging.
There's a 64MP triple rear camera setup, along with a 24MP front shooter. In a rarity for flagships, the ROG Phone 5 also includes a headphone jack.

The ROG Phone 5 was launched in India in March at a starting price of ₹49,999.
