Days before the release of much-awaited web series 'The Family Man 2', Rajya Sabha member and MDMK leader Vaiko has written a letter to the Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar to stop the broadcast of the show.

Alleging that the series show Tamilians in a negative light, he said that 'The Family Man 2' has hurt the sentiments of Tamil people and Tamil culture and is offensive against the Tamil community.

MP has claimed that actor Samantha Akkineni's character Raji in season 2 portrays Tamilians in poor light.

Starring Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role, 'The Family Man 2' is scheduled to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 4.
