The iconic Koshy's restaurant in Bengaluru is halting its operations temporarily due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The popular hangout, which has served the city since 1952, did open for a while after restrictions were eased, however, the management has decided to close it down indefinitely due to the challenges faced in keeping customers and staff safe.The footfall had fallen by almost 80-85%. According to reports, the owner Prem Koshy stated that the restaurant will not be reopened till the situation improves.
