Bihar polls: PM Modi, Amit Shah at CEC meeting to decide candidates

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached BJP headquarters in Delhi on Saturday to attend the party’s Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting convened to decide the list of candidates for Bihar elections. This is the second meeting of the Central Election Committee for the October-November polls. Meanwhile, JDU had released a list of 115 candidates earlier this week. The BJP and the JDU agreed to contest on 121-122 seats respectively in the 243-member assembly.
