Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal referred to Aam Aadmi Party’s win in the Delhi municipal polls as an indicator of people’s faith in his government’s work.

AAP bagged 4 out of the 5 civic wards where by polls were held in February, with Congress winning just 1 seat. After the win, party chief Arvind Kejriwal alleged that the BJP had turned the MCD into 'most corrupt department' and now people want his party to clean it.

Optimistic that his party will be able to recreate a similar win in next year’s civic body polls, he advised the newly elected councillors to work honestly and with humility.
