Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court in connection with the drugs on cruise case.
Along with Aryan Khan, the HC also granted bail to his friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha. All three were arrested on October 3 after Narcotic Control Bureau team led by Sameer Wankhede raided a Goa-bound cruise off Mumbai coast.
The Bombay High Court on Friday released the 5-page operative order with bail conditions for Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the drugs on cruise case.
The HC order stated, “each accused be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1 lakh with one or more sureties of like amount.”
The court also said that Aryan and the co-accused are not to leave the country without prior permission and shouldn’t make any statement regarding the court proceedings before media.
It further said that they shouldn’t leave Mumbai without permission of Investigating Officer and ordered to attend NCB office every Friday. The Applicants/Accused have to surrender their passport before the Special Court immediately.
Aryan has to attend the NCB Mumbai office on each Friday between 11:00a.m-2:00 p.m. to mark his presence.
