Bond villain Rami Malek makes his Saturday Night Live debut, Daniel Craig does a cameo

Fresh off from his stint as the Bond villain Lyutsifer Safin in 'No Time to Die', actor Rami Malek stepped into the hosting role for the first time ever, on Saturday Night Live to promote the latest James Bond film. 

The Academy Award-winning actor talked about his penchant for playing villains.

"I don’t usually do comedy — I have what they call resting villain face,” he said, showing off a sinister look. “I know most people would rather play the hero, but weirdly, I’ve always been more drawn to villains,” he explained.

Malek said, villains are often misunderstood, confessing he 'sympathizes' with several villains — like Scar from The Lion King or Hannibal Lector in 'The Silence of The Lambs'.

He was joined by 007 co-star Daniel Craig, who surprised audiences by popping into Saturday’s episode. 

Malek even paid tribute to Netflix's hottest series right now, 'Squid Game.’
