  5. Hold it gently from the sides
  6. Do a deep inhalation through the nose, exhale from the mouth
  7. Notice how the bottle goes up and down with your breath
  8. Utilise your diaphragm for breathing
  9. The biofeedback helps you practice belly breathing properly
