Infosys has launched the latest edition of its 'Restart With Infosys' initiative, aimed at hiring women professionals who have taken a career break, as part of an effort to increase female participation in its workforce.

Eligible candidates must have worked for at least two years before their break and have taken a break of at least six months.
The company has advertised available positions and is encouraging employee referrals, with rewards for successful hires.
Meanwhile, Infosys saw a 7.9% reduction in its female workforce, with 10,786 fewer women employees, amid an overall 7.6% decrease in its workforce during the financial year 2023-24.
Infosys aims to achieve 45% female representation in its workforce by 2030 under its ESG Vision 2030.
As of fiscal 2024, women comprised 39.3% of its total workforce, totaling over 124,569 female employees.
