2. Sudhir Choudhrie: He is an Indian-born and London-based businessman. From real estate to hospitality to aviation, Choudhrie has founded businesses, established partnerships, and connected people around the globe.
3. Mark Carney: Mark Joseph Carney is a Canadian economist and banker who served as the governor of the Bank of Canada from 2008 to 2013 and the governor of the Bank of England from 2013 to 2020.
4. Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich: Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich is a Russian–Israeli–Portuguese businessman, philanthropist, oligarch, and politician. He is also the owner of Chelsea Football club and among the richest Russians.
5. Zlatan Ibrahimović: Described as one of the greatest strikers of the all time, Zlatan is a Swedish footballer who plays as a striker for Serie A club AC Milan and the Sweden national team.

Non-dom status - which exempts more than 75,000 mostly foreign nationals in Britain from tax on overseas income - has raised questions about the fairness of the tax system, as it overwhelmingly benefits the very rich.
The top three nationalities for non-doms in 2018 were the United States, India and France, and 93% were born outside the United Kingdom.
