Do you also want to work from your bed while wearing comfortable pyjamas? Don't worry you're not alone!

A report has found that hardly 5% of tech employees are willing to return full time to workplaces.

The Nasscom-BCG report reveals that the hybrid working model was the most preferred choice with 70% opting for it, while 25% of employees wanted to continue remote working completely.

“The way companies define their version of hybrid operating model will actually become the core part of the employee value proposition. We actually see a time when people will switch jobs for a better or more refined hybrid working model and not just compensation,” said BCG managing director & partner Nitin Chandalia.

The study is based on a survey conducted with about 2 lakh respondents from across the globe. Of this, 500 were from India.

Many experts believe that organisations are rapidly moving closer to reopening their offices, but it’s evident the way they work will never be the same again. The future of work looks increasingly headed towards an era where many will work partly from home.
