Diwali’s around the corner and the Muhurat trading session has been announced by the stock exchanges.
So, when is Muhurat trading?
On November 1st 2024, which is a Friday, the trading session will be live from 6 to 7 PM, with the pre-opening session beginning at 5.45pm.
This session marks the start of Samvat 2081, the new trading year in the Hindu calendar.
Muhurat Trading is a special, symbolic stock market session that happens only once a year, during Diwali. It’s more than just a session—it’s a tradition! Trading during this auspicious hour is believed to bring financial prosperity for the year ahead.
You can trade in equity, commodities, currency derivatives, and more. Just a heads up—the market might be volatile, but it’s all about the gesture of starting fresh.
