In the first episdode of Startup to scaleup, we put our spotlight on a for profit, social impact startup- Haqdarshak, which connects eligible citizens to welfare schemes.
Aniket Doegar, the Co-founder and the CEO of Haqdarshak talks about his journey from a teacher for 'Teach for India' to how he founded Haqdarshak. With a presence in 10,000 villages in 25 states, the startup has so far reach 3.5 million customers. The goal is to reach 100 million customers by 2030, says Doegar.
Haqdarshak, founded in 2015, is bridging the information and access gap between citizens and government welfare schemes by using tech and a last-mile field agent network, most of whom are women.
