Billionaire Mukesh Ambani announced at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit that Reliance will establish India's pioneering carbon fiber facility in Hazira. Stressing Reliance's deep-rooted connection to Gujarat, Ambani affirmed its continual identity as a Gujarati company.

Highlighting Reliance's significant investments, Ambani stated, "Over the past decade, Reliance has dedicated over USD 150 billion (12 lakh crore) to develop state-of-the-art assets and capabilities across India, with more than one-third of this investment allocated to Gujarat alone."

He outlined Reliance's commitment to fostering green growth in Gujarat, revealing plans for the Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex in Jamnagar. This expansive project, spanning 5,000 acres, aims to generate green jobs and facilitate the production of eco-friendly goods and materials, positioning Gujarat as a prime exporter in this sector by the second half of 2024.

Ambani celebrated Reliance Jio's achievement in rapidly deploying 5G infrastructure, setting a global benchmark.

Looking ahead, he expressed Reliance and Reliance Foundation's dedication to supporting India's bid for the 2036 Olympics. Collaborating with various partners in Gujarat, they aim to enhance education, sports, and skills infrastructure to nurture future Olympic champions.

Ambani's resolute statement echoed his vision for India: "No force can derail India's journey to a $35 trillion economy by 2047. I foresee Gujarat alone reaching a $3 trillion economy by then."
