Wipro, one of India's leading IT companies, has issued a stern warning to its employees: attend office at least thrice a week or face consequences.

According to a Mint report, Wipro has told its employees that If they don't attend office at least thrice a week, then they should be ready to lose their leaves.

Wipro has also asked its human resources team to reject employee requests to work from home under this new policy.

In response to the rising COVID-19 cases, Wipro had introduced a flexible work policy in 2023. The goal was to prioritize employee well-being, meet client needs, and support the professional growth of its workforce.
