The much-anticipated reshuffle of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Cabinet will be announced in the evening today. This is the first rejig of Team Modi in the second term.
Reports, quoting sources, said that the new Cabinet will be the youngest in India's history with the average age expected to be the lowest ever.
The probable new ministers have arrived in Delhi, include Jyotiraditya Scindia, former Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal, Lok Janshakti Party's Pashupati Paras, Narayan Rane and Varun Gandhi.
Reports said that special focus in the Cabinet reshuffle will be on each state and even region in states. The changes are also likely to factor in polls in five states next year and the 2024 national election.
