Hours after a constable of the Railway Protection Force allegedly shot dead his senior and 3 passengers on a moving train, a top officer said that the accused has a "short fuse", or quick to anger.
Inspector General of RPF (Western Railway) Praveen Sinha on July 31 said that constable Chetan Singh had a "short fuse", and was "quite hot-headed".
The officer added that at the time of the incident, there was no altercation.
The constable lost his temper, shot his senior, and then opened fire at anyone he saw, as per the RPF IG.
