In a disturbing video from Uttar Pradesh, a dog was killed by a youth who was allegedly irked by its constant barking.
The CCTV footage shows Jackie furiously hitting the dog with a brick.
Following the outrageous video, the youth, who was on the run, was arrested. A case has been registered against the him, saif police officials.
The October 15 incident was brought to notice after a nearby shopkeeper submitted the video clip to the police, who took cognizance of the matter and booked the accused for animal cruelty.
