Woman shot dead by alleged stalker for refusing marriage: MP police

In a shocking crime, a woman was shot dead allegedly by a man stalking her for years. The incident took place in Dhar City of Madhya Pradesh on April 26, 2023.

Police said that the alleged killer Deepak had been harassing the victim, 22-year-old Pooja, for marriage.

Pooja was on her way to work when Deepak confronted her and allegedly shot her. Subsequently, police found Deepak at his house, and he opened fire at the cops.

He was shot in the leg in retaliatory firing and was taken to a government hospital.
