Veteran broadcaster and renowned naturalist Sir David Attenborough in a new podcast said, that excesses have to be curbed by western countries to restore the natural world. While calling for a shift in value systems, he also said wealthy nations must take a minute to reflect on their standard of living to safeguard the climate. He further said that people are beginning to realise that greed does not bring any joy whatsoever.
