In response to a petition challenging WhatsApp's new privacy policy, the Delhi High Court said on Monday that using the service was a "voluntary" decision. Reports say a high court judge told the petitioner that users could choose to not join the platform if they did not agree with its new terms and conditions. WhatsApp's recent privacy policy update has put it in the spotlight of concerned users and tech experts alike, with regards to its protection of user privacy and data.
