The national capital on Wednesday reported 923 Covid-19 cases on Wednesday with the positivity rate jumping to 1.29%.
On Tuesday, Delhi had registered 496 fresh cases with a positivity rate of 0.89% along with one fatality due to coronavirus in the city.
The Delhi govt had imposed restrictions in the city on Tuesday under the 'yellow alert' after the positivity rate stayed above 0.5% for two consecutive.
If the city's positivity rate continue to be above 1%, an orange alert could be triggered under the Covid-19 management plan formulated by the govt.

In a meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and attended by Delhi Disaster Management Authority officials earlier in the evening, it was decided not to impose any fresh curbs in the city.
