After 5 months of ban, Bengal government has eased restrictions of direct flight between Delhi and Kolkata. Due to increase in Covid-19 cases, Bengal had banned direct flights to and fro from Delhi, Nashik, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Mumbai which was later allowed three days a week from September 1. The new ease of restrictions is only between Delhi and Kolkata and flights for the other 5 cities will be functional on selective days only.
