In her bail application, actress Rhea Chakraborty has told a special court that the Narcotics Control Bureau flouted the law during their interrogation in the drug angle linked to the Sushant Singh Rajput death cases. In her bail plea, her lawyer has claimed that Rhea “was coerced into making self-incriminatory confessions" and she has formally retracted all such incriminatory confessions. Rhea has further stated that she is innocent and falsely implicated in the case. Questioned for three days by all levels of officers of the NCB from September 6 to 8, Rhea was formally arrested on Tuesday. The bail plea notes there was not a single lady officer who interrogated her as mandated by law.
