Makers of the much-awaited sci-fi saga 'Dune' have released the official trailer.
Starring an ensemble cast of Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, and Rebecca Ferguson among others, 'Dune' is filmmaker Denis Villeneuve’s take on Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel.
The trailer captures a breath-taking desert landscape that make up the fictional world of Arrakis, a planet that is home to a coveted natural resource known as 'spice'. The three-minute and eight-seconds long the trailer features explosive battle scenes.
The protagonist Timothée sets out to wrest back control of Arrakis with the help of the woman by Zendaya who also plays his love-interest in the film.
'Dune' is currently slated to release December 18 in cinemas worldwide.
