EA investigating data breach, says some game source code was stolen

Reports indicate that game publisher Electronic Arts is currently investigating a data breach, with the firm stating that some of its game source code and related tools were stolen. EA says that despite the hackers stealing around 780GB worth of data, it doesn't expect the breach to have an impact on its games or business. The firm also stated that no player data was accessed as part of the hack.
