A group of women is taking the vision of vocal for local a notch higher in Jaipur.
The group, is creating eco-friendly diyas with cow dung ahead of Diwali. In contrast to regular diyas, these ones aren't decorated with harmful colour or other adornments. The makers claim they can decompose easily and do not pollute the environment.
Over a 100 women, who work at the cowshed, are making 1000 diyas per day. The initaive will not only help promote organic products but also provide employment to women in the state.
