UN climate change conference, COP28 kicked off in Dubai earlier this week.

Global leaders from 150 countries are present at the summit where they are expected to take stock of progress on the Paris Agreement, the landmark climate treaty concluded in 2015 and chart a course of action to dramatically reduce emissions and protect lives and livelihoods. 

Just ahead of COP28, India’s Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav spoke exclusively to editorji's Vikram Chandra on what will be India's expectations from the climate conference.
