As campaigning picks up pace, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav is targetting PM Modi on issues of unemployement and reservation. At an election rally in Jehanabad, the RJD scion accused the Prime Minister of neglecting Bihar's interests saying BJP has 'no vision' for the state.
