'G20 about development, not bilaterals': Amitabh Kant on how Russia, China could shape summit

As India gears up to host the leaders of the G20 grouping on September 9 and 10, summit sherpa Amitabh Kant speaks to editorji's Vikram Chandra about geopolitical issues that could dominate the event. 

Speaking about the absence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the possible absence of China's Xi Jinping, Kant said that the summit is about developmental issues and not bilaterals. 

He said that even though Putin and Jinping don't attend the summit, Russia and China are being represented.
