Amid predictions of a global recession in 2023, India is slowly emerging as a shining star at the World Economic Forum being held in Davos. Being hailed for its vaccine rollout and digital transformation, India is on its way to replace China as the global manufacturing hub and fast becoming one of the most attractive spots for foreign investments.

Joining us from Davos this week are leading industrialists and Union Ministers, who are the centre of transforming India’s image on the global stage.

On the show tonight, Vikram Chandra speaks with Serum Institute CEO Adar Poonawalla and Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on India becoming a global pharmacy and it’s plan for booster vaccinations. Also joining us are Telecom giant Sunil Bharati Mittal and Minister for IT and communications - Ashwini Vaishnaw on India’s digital vision and development.
