Bad Newz

Anand Tiwari's hilarious rom-com features Triptii Dimri, Vicky Kaushal, and Ammy Virk in the lead roles. It focuses on the concept of heteropaternal superfecundation. Triptii's character Saloni discovers she is pregnant with twins from two different fathers.

Twisters

A sequel to the iconic 1996 film ‘Twister’ follows a former storm chaser and a social media star as they face unprecedented weather conditions in Oklahoma to test an experimental weather alert system.

Directed by Oscar-nominated Lee Isaac Chung, this action-packed spectacle stars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell, and Anthony Ramos.

Immaculate

Michael Mohan’s gripping horror film stars Sydney Sweeney, Alvaro Morte, and Benedetta Porcaroli. Set in a remote Italian convent, the story follows Cecilia, a devout nun from Detroit, who finds herself in a nightmarish ordeal.

Spy x Family Code: White

The Forger family—a spy, an assassin, and a telepathic child—sets out on a winter getaway that rapidly descends into chaos. Loid's mission, Operation Strix, takes an unexpected twist when Anya's innocent actions trigger events that jeopardize global peace.

This Japanese anime, voiced by Takuya Eguchi (Loid Forger), Atsumi Tanezaki (Anya), and Saori Hayami (Yor), promises an unforgettable adventure.

Treasure

Starring Lena Dunham and Stephen Fry, Treasure is a heartwarming and poignant tragicomedy set in 1990s Poland. It follows Ruth, an American music journalist, and her father, Edek, a Holocaust survivor.

Accident or Conspiracy: Godhra

This delves into one of India’s darkest chapters. In February 2002, numerous people were tragically killed in the Godhra train burning, sparking widespread Hindu-Muslim riots across Gujarat. This film brings to life the investigation by the Nanavati-Mehta Commission.

OTT releases this week

Aadujeevitham - Disney+ Hotstar

Inspired by true events, Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life, the Malayalam film tells the real-life story of Najeeb, a Malayali immigrant laborer forced into slavery as a goatherd in Saudi Arabia's desert farms.

Lady in the Lake - Apple TV+

Based on Laura Lippman’s novel, it stars Natalie Portman as Maddie Schwartz and Moses Ingram as Cleo Sherwood. Set in 1960s Baltimore, it follows a Jewish housewife turned investigative journalist uncovering secrets after a young girl's disappearance on Thanksgiving Day in 1996.

Sweet Home (Season 3) - Netflix

The third season of this South Korean series escalates tensions between humans, monsters, and neohumans as Cha Hyun-su and his friends face monstrous evolutions. New alliances form, old friendships shatter, and one character returns as half human, half monster.

Barzakh – Zee5

Fawad Khan and Sana Saeed reunite for Barzakh, produced by Shailja Kejriwal and Waqas Hassan. The show, a ZEE5 production, features a 76-year-old man who summons his children to marry the ghost of his first love.
