A spectacular drone show illuminates Dubai with Shah Rukh Khan's iconic pose

Shah Rukh Khan is currently immersed in promoting his upcoming film 'Dunki,' scheduled for release in cinemas on December 21.

On December 19, the official trailer of this comedy-drama was showcased at the iconic Burj Khalifa, accompanied by a spectacular drone display to enhance the promotional activities.

The show featured multiple drones creating various patterns, including Shah Rukh's name, the 'Dunki' title, an airplane, and the superstar's iconic open-arms pose.

 The event garnered widespread attention on the internet, with numerous pictures and videos quickly becoming viral.

For the event, SRK donned a black T-shirt with matching denim pants and a red jacket.

Besides King Khan, director Rajkumar Hirani and writer Abhijat Joshi were also present at the event.

ABOUT ‘DUNKI’

Shah Rukh Khan returns to the big screen in 2023 with Rajkumar Hirani's ‘Dunki,’ marking his third film release of the year.

The movie revolves around the concept of Donkey Flight, an illegal means of entering countries like Canada, the UK, and the USA.

Shah Rukh Khan has described the plot of ‘Dunki’ as a story about seeking a future abroad while holding onto the love for one's home, emphasizing the universal desire to return home.

The film features a stellar cast including Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover, Satish Shah, Dia Mirza, and Parikshit Sahni, and is a heartwarming tale of friendship.

‘Dunki’ will clash at the box office with Prabhas starrer ‘Salaar’, which is all set to release across five languages – Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.

As per trade portal Sacnilk, Shah Rukh Khan starrer has clocked in Rs 4.46 crore in advance booking all over India while ‘Salaar’ is at Rs 3.58 crore.
