Akshay Kumar removes shoes as he performs to ‘Jai Shree Ram’ anthem at Ram Setu event

‘Ram Setu’, starring Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha, is all set to release in theatres on October 25. On Thursday, the makers unveiled the ‘Jai Shree Ram’ anthem during promotional event to increase the excitement of fans. Akshay was also present there and he looked very energetic.

Akshay Kumar was seen taking off his shoes before getting on the stage and performing to the song. He looked dapper in a white shirt and blue denims paired with a brown jacket. He also interacted with the audience.

The link of the song ‘Jai Shree Ram’ was shared by Akshay on his social handle, and he wrote, ‘Aap sabke liye humara ye #DiwaliSpecial #JaiShreeRam Anthem Out Now. #RamSetu. 25th October. Only in Theatres.’

The track has been sung and composed by Vikram Montrose, and lyrics have been written by Shekhar Astitwa. The song is mixed and mastered by Eric Pillai from Future Sound Of Bombay and supervised by Azeem Dayani.

At the song launch event, Akshay said that the ‘Ram Setu’ anthem captures the essence of the entire film, and gives a lot of positive vibration to everyone.

‘Ram Setu’, directed by filmmaker Abhishek Sharma, is an action-adventure drama that follows an archaeologist investigating whether Ram Setu is a myth or reality.
