Actor Alia Bhatt hosted Hope Gala in London on March 28, raising funds for underprivileged youth in India via the Salaam Bombay Foundation.
Notable attendees included musician Harshdeep Kaur, comedian Rohan Joshi, and director Gurinder Chadha.
The gala, held at Mandarin Oriental, was documented on Instagram, showcasing Alia's two distinct looks: a maroon dress with diamante detailing for the red carpet and a cream, embroidered lace saree for the event. She also delivered a speech, piquing fans' interest in its content.
Alia was seen departing for London on March 27 night, interacting with fans and photographers at the airport. One photographer made her smile by addressing her as 'vahini' (sister-in-law) in a video circulating on social media.
Rohan posted a snapshot of his onstage chat with Alia on his Instagram stories.
Meanwhile, Gurinder uploaded a video of Harshdeep's performance, praising the event. Harshdeep expressed joy at meeting Gurinder and thanked her for the affectionate interaction. Salaam Bombay Foundation also appreciated her support.
