Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding has indeed become the talk of the town. The preparations for the D-day are going on in full swing. The couple will reportedly tie the knot on April 14 at Ranbir Kapoor's 'Vastu' residence.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Ranbir Kapoor has set aside a budget of ₹1 lakh for the customary 'jootha churai' ceremony. Alia's girl gang will be in-charge of 'stealing' Ranbir's shoes.
In order to maintain utmost secrecy, both the parties are apparently leaving no stone unturned. That also kind of explains the reason why Alia and her manager Grishma Shah have chosen photographers who have not done any celebrity weddings so far. As per reports, a female set designer will be in charge of the mandap.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding festivities will reportedly kick off on April 13 onwards at 'RK House'. Their wedding will be a four-day affair which will be followed by a star-studded reception on April 17.
