Amitabh Bachchan’s 80th birthday: Superstar steps out at midnight to greet crowd outside Jalsa

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is celebrating his 80th birthday today, surprised his fans as he stepped out of his bungalow Jalsa at midnight to meet fans gathered outside. The actor was accompanied by his daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda.

In the video, Amitabh is seen greeting his fans by waving at them, and he also thanked them with folded hands.

Social media is flooded with birthday messages for the Indian cinema legend. Big B's daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda took to Instagram to share multiple throwback pictures with her ‘grand old man’, along with a sweet note.

Her daughter Navya too shared throwback picture with her grandfather along with a heartfelt note. She wrote, ‘There never has, and never will be anyone like you. happy birthday nana.’

To celebrate Amitabh Bachchan’s 80th birthday, his wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan will join him for a special episode on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in ‘Goodbye’, co-starring Neena Gupta and Rashmika Mandana. He will next feature in Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Uunchai’, along with Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Parineeti Chopra, Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta and Sarika.
